PRIDE FALL TO SCOTS 0-9

Weston, Mass.--- Regis College women’s tennis team fell to Gordon College 0-9 Tuesday (Sept. 7) at the Regis College Athletic Fields. Highlights for the Pride included doubles partners Kunjan Patel (Waltham, Mass./Waltham) and Maryse Emungu (South Burlington, Vt./Rice Memorial) coming back from a 5-0 deficit to lose their pro set 8-3.

WOMEN'S TENNIS STRUGGLES AGAINST ENDICOTT

Beverly, Mass. – The Endicott women’s tennis team cruised to a 9-0 win over visiting Regis College in their season debut on Saturday afternoon. Kate Cioffi (Essex, Vt.) was one of five Gulls (1-0, 1-0 TCCC) to earn a pair of wins in the The Commonwealth Coast Conference match.

WESTON, Mass.—The Regis College women’s tennis team lost to Becker College Thursday (Sept. 2) at the Regis College Athletic Fields. The Hawks were led by Danielle Stryker (Ledyard, Conn./Ledyard) and Shuana McNally (Worcester, Mass./Bourne) winning their doubles match 8-0.

TEANNA MONTOYA TO JOIN WOMEN'S TENNIS PROGRAM

Weston, Mass.—Regis College head coach John Ciarleglio recently announced that Teanna Montoya (Edgartown, Mass.) plans to play for the women’s tennis team this fall. Montoya’s skills on the court earned her a spot on the Martha’s Vineyard Regional High School varsity team.
