MEN'S LACROSSE TO HOST "LAX ESSENTIALS" CLINIC

WESTON, Mass.—Head coach Jacob Kravitz of the Regis College men’s lacrosse program will hold a “Lax Essentials” clinic on Sunday, Sept. 19, Sept. 26, and October 3. College level coaches and players, as well as current, and former professional lacrosse players will facilitate the clinic. “Lax Essentials” costs $150 for all three dates, and run from 5:00-8:00 p.m. at Regis College.

MEN'S LACROSSE ANNOUNCES ADDITIONS

Weston, Mass.—Head coach Jacob Kravitz recently announced the addition of seven men’s lacrosse players to the Pride team. Kravitz feels that his two freshmen goaltenders, Tyler Beyor (Carthage, N.Y./Carthage) and Breandan Crane (Billerica, Mass./Arlington Catholic), are highlights to a talented group.

Weston, Mass.—It was cold that Tuesday afternoon, rainy even. But neither would stop the first-year men’s lacrosse program from taking the field against Daniel Webster. The Pride battled from the opening whistle, scoring the first goal, and giving the Eagles a run for all its worth.

PRIDE RAID RIVIER TO CAPTURE FIRST WIN

Nashua, NH- Regis College seemed to be running circles around Rivier in a 14-0 win for the Pride’s final game of the year. Regis got the first goal on the board in the first three minutes of the game as Brad Hasting (Mansfield, MA) was able to find the back of the net. The Pride’s Tim Wells (Weston, MA) had the hot hand early on as he was able to put 4 of his 5 goals in the back of the net in the first half.

This year is no exception to that; with a number of new student-athletes to all of the fall programs there is one thing that will remain consistent, the pursuit of The Commonwealth Coast Conference championship.
