The Regis College men’s volleyball team is pleased to announce its seven members of the class of 2015. The players come from all over the country including California, Rhode Island, and right here in Massachusetts.

BISNETT NAMED NECC ROOKIE OF THE YEAR
BISNETT NAMED NECC ROOKIE OF THE YEAR

Regis College freshman outside hitter Sean Bisnett (Oxnard, Calif.) has been named the New England Collegiate Conference (NECC) Rookie of the Year, it was announced by the conference offices on Monday afternoon. Bisnett helped lead the Pride to a 12-11 overall mark this season and the program’s first appearance in the NECC Postseason.

PRIDE FALL TO TOP-SEEDED GULLS IN NECC SEMIFINALS

Making their first ever New England Collegiate Conference Men's Volleyball Tournament, the No. 4 seeded Regis College Pride fell to No. 1 seed Endicott College 3-0 on Friday night. The Gulls used set scores of 25-21, 25-9, and 25-12 in the victory.

SINDONI NETS THIRD NECC WEEKLY HONOR

For the third time this season, freshman utility Zach Sindoni (Haverhill, Mass.) of the Regis College men's volleyball team has been named the New England Collegiate Conference (NECC) Rookie of the Week, it was announced on Monday morning.

Regis College has earned the fourth seed in the upcoming New England Collegiate Conference (NECC) Men's Volleyball Championships.

PRIDE DROP REGULAR SEASON FINALE TO NEWBURY

Newbury College defeated Regis College, 3-1, in New England Collegiate Conference (NECC) men’s volleyball action on Wednesday night in Weston, Mass. The Nighthawks (7-16, 4-7 NECC) used set scores of 25-23, 25-21, 15-25, and 25-14 in the win over the Pride (12-10, 6-6 NECC).

MEN'S VOLLEYBALL CAPTURES FIRST PROGRAM WIN OVER SVC

Regis College defeated Southern Vermont College, 3-2 at the Mountaineer Athletic Center in a New England Collegiate Conference (NECC) men's volleyball battle on Sunday evening.

FUENTES, COYE, AND BISNETT FUEL PRIDE WIN OVER ELMS

Regis College used a balanced attack from Jon Fuentes (Downey, Calif.), Sean Bisnett (Oxnard, Calif.) and Joe Coye (Plaistow, N.H.) who combined for 35 of the Pride's 44 kills to help lead Regis to a 3-0 (25-18, 25-18, 26-24) victory over Elms College in Saturday morning's New England Collegiate Conference (NECC) men's volleyball match at Picknelly Arena.

EAGLES SLIP PAST PRIDE, 3-1

Regis College dropped a 3-1 decision to visiting Daniel Webster College on Wednesday night in New England Collegiate Conference men’s volleyball action in Weston, Mass. The Eagles (10-12, 7-2 NECC) used set scores of 25-20, 25-23, 19-25, and 25-22 in the win over the Pride (10-9, 4-5 NECC).

BISNETT GRABS FIFTH NECC WEEKLY HONOR

Regis College men's volleyball player Sean Bisnett (Oxnard, Calif.) has been named the New England Collegiate Conference (NECC) Rookie of the Week for the fifth time this season, the league announced on Monday morning.

REGIS TAKES SEASON SERIES FROM LYNX

Regis College sophomore Joe Coye (Plaistow, N.H.) registered a game-high 13 kills swinging a career-best .550 from the floor to lead the Pride to a 3-0 (25-16, 25-16, 25-20) decision over Lesley University in New England Collegiate Conference (NECC) men’s volleyball action tonight at Buckingham, Browne, and Nichols. The win pushes Regis to 10-8 on the year and an even 4-4 in conference play while the Lynx fall to 0-16 overall and 0-9 in the NECC.

PRIDE FIGHT OFF NEWBURY COMEBACK IN 3-2 WIN

Regis College picked up a 3-2 victory over Newbury College in New England Collegiate Conference (NECC) men’s volleyball action on Saturday afternoon. First year outside hitter Sean Bisnett (Oxnard, Calif.) registered a .326 attack percentage, notching 20 kills on 46 attempts with just five errors to lead the Pride to the program's first victory over the Nighthawks.

REGIS DROPS 3-1 DECISION TO ENDICOTT

Regis College stole the opening set, 26-24, for an early 1-0 lead, but Endicott College rallied for three-straight 25-14 set wins as the Gulls defeated the Pride, 3-1, on Thursday night in New England Collegiate Conference (NECC) men’s volleyball action in Weston, Mass. The Gulls move to 12-8 overall and 7-1 in the NECC, while the Pride fall to 8-8 and 2-4 in league games.

PRIDE SWEEP LYNX, 3-0

Following a 17 day layoff, Regis College defeated Lesley University 3-0 on Tuesday night in New England Collegiate Conference (NECC) men’s volleyball action in Weston, Mass. The Pride used set scores of 25-14, 25-7, and 25-17 in the win. The Crimson and Gold improve to 8-7 overall and 2-3 in the NECC, while Lesley falls to 0-13 and 0-6 in league games.

BISNETT NAMED ROOKIE OF THE WEEK

Regis College freshman Sean Bisnett (Oxnard, Calif.) has been named the New England Collegiate Conference’s Rookie of the Week for the second-straight week, and fourth time this season, on Monday morning. Bisnett helped lead the Pride (7-7) to a 1-2 mark in games last week.

The Regis College men's volleyball team split a pair of non-conference games on Saturday afternoon in a tri-match with Anna Maria College and host Lasell College.
