2024-25:
Indoor: First Team All-GNAC (60H)...Second Team All-GNAC (4x400m)...Academic All-GNAC...Set a PR in the 60H (8.53) at the GNAC Indoor Championships to claim the top spot, also finished second in the 4x400m (3:32.60)...Competed at the New England Division III Indoor Track and Field Championship. 

2023-24: Academic All-GNAC
Indoor: All-GNAC ... GNAC Track Athlete of the Week (Feb. 12) ... At GNAC Championships, finished second in triple jump with personal-best mark of 12.76 meters (41' 10.5") ... Also finished second in 60 meter hurdles at 8.91 seconds, fourth in long jump at 6.10 meters (20' 0.25"), fifth in high jump after clearing 1.70 meters (5' 7"), eighth in 60 meter dash finals at 7.55 seconds (preliminary time of 7.40 seconds), and 13th in 200 meter dash in 24.22 seconds.
Outdoor: All-GNAC ... At GNAC Championships, finished second in 110 meter hurdles in 15.90 seconds, qualifying for New England Division III Championships ... Also finished third in triple jump at 12.68 meters (41' 7.25"), fourth in 400 meter hurdles at 1:00.78, and fifth in long jump at 5.83 meters (19' 1.5") ... At New England Division III Championships, placed 27th overall in 110 meter hurdles.

2022-23:
Indoor: GNAC Champion in Long Jump (6.25m) ... All-GNAC (60m Hurdles) ... GNAC Track Athlete of the Week (Jan. 9) ... GNAC Rookie of the Week (Jan. 9) ... At GNAC Championships, won long jump with mark of 6.25 meters (20' 6.25") ... Also finished second in 60 meter hurdles in 8.90 seconds, fourth in 60 meter dash in 7.33 seconds, fifth in high jump after clearing 1.65 meters (5' 5"), and 11th in 200 meter dash in 24.12 seconds.
Outdoor: All-GNAC (110 Meter Hurdles) ... At GNAC Championships, finished second in 110 meter hurdles in 16.96 seconds, fifth in high jump at 1.60 meters (5' 3") and long jump at 5.93 meters (19' 5.5"), and seventh in 100 meter dash (11.69 prelims/12.61 finals), plus he helped 4x100 meter relay to third place finish with overall time of 45.39 seconds ... At Regis Pre-Conference Meet, won high jump after clearing 1.75 meters (5' 8.75") ... At Regis Spring Classic, finished second in 100 meter dash (11.58), 110 meter hurdles (16.79), and long jump (6.29 meters).

Participated in track & field, soccer, and volleyball at Lowell Catholic High School in Lowell, Mass. ... Member of National Honor Society.
