PRIDE READY TO PLAY AMCATS
Weston, Mass.---The Regis College womens soccer team is scheduled to play Anna Maria College Tuesday (Oct. 5) at the Regis College Athletic fields. The Pried enter the contest with an overall record of 3-8 on the season and are 0-6 in the Commonwealth Coast Conference. The Amcats enter the contest with an overall record of 0-9-1 and are 0-6 in TCCC play.

Leading the Pride on offense is sophomore Michelle Sirois (Easton, Mass. /Oliver Ames) who leads the team in points with two goals and two assists on the season. On defense junior Kara Sharples (Pawtucket, RI/St. Raphael Academy) and sophomore Kara Donovan (Woburn, Mass. /Arlington Catholic) anchor the Pride’s backfield. Sophomore Bethany Frye (Adams, Mass. /Hoosac Valley) leads the Pride in goal.
The visiting Amcats are led by Amanda Hevy (North Brookfield, Mass. /Brookfield) who leads the team in points with one goal and one assist on the season. Starting in goal for the Amcats is Tabitha Ruggeri (Sturbridge, Mass. /Tantasqua) who has a team high of 136 saves on the season.
The game is set to start at 7:00 pm and will be played at Regis College
