Regis College (6-4) will face three NESCAC teams this year. Earlier this season Regis College lost an 11-point decision (55-44) to Bates in the Babson Tournament. The Pride will host Colby (Jan. 25) in a mid week non-conference game during the conference stretch of the schedule.
Regis College fell to Tufts 78-56 last season at home. The Pride lost all-time scoring leader Jessica Page to graduation, but return five players from that The Commonwealth Coast Conference championship appearance team.
Senior Sarah McNult (Hampstead, NH/Pinkerton Academy) is leading the TCCC with 129 total rebounds, and ranked in the top 10 within the NCAA in rebounds as well. McNult is also ranked No. 15 in double-doubles this year. Junior point guard Stephanie Crawford (Rockland, Mass./Rockland) leads all Regis scorers with 14.2 points per game. Meanwhile freshman Claire Ramonas (Portland, Maine/Deering) contributes 10.0 PPG.
This will be Regis’ last non-conference game before traveling to TCCC foe Colby-Sawyer College Sunday, Jan. 8.
