2024-25: Regis Male Casserly Award Recipient...Academic All-GNAC
Indoor: Second-Team All GNAC...Finished second overall as part of 4x400m relay team (3:32.6) at GNAC Indoor Championships and also set personal best in 400m (52.69)...Set personal bests in 500m (1:12.97) and 600 (1:31.85) at the Suffolk Relays and Wesleyan Indoor Invite, respecitvely.
Outdoor: Third Team All-GNAC... Set new school record as part of SMR team at the Regis Spring Classic with time of 3:49.52...Set personal best in 200m at BSU Bears Invite with time of 23.73...Finished third in 400 meter hurdles (59.01) at the GNAC Outdoor Championships.
2023-24: College Sports Communicators Academic All-District ... Academic All-GNAC
Indoor: At GNAC Championships, finished ninth in 800 meter run with personal-best time of 2:09.77 ... Also competed in distance medley relay that finished in fourth place.
Outdoor: All-GNAC ... At GNAC Championships, finished second in 400 meter hurdles in personal-best time of 57.74 seconds, qualifying for New England Division III Outdoor Championships ... Outdoor: All-GNAC (400m Hurdles) ... At GNAC Championships, finished third in 400 meter hurdles with time of 1:02.09, plus helped both 4x400 meter relay (3:52.57) and 4x800 meter relay (8:41.04) to second place finishes ... At Regis Pre-Conference Meet, won 400 meter hurdles in 1:01.43 and finished fourth in 1500 meter run with time of 5:07.36.

Indoor: At GNAC Indoor Championships, finished fourth in the 400 meter dash with a time of 54.20 seconds ... Also participated in the 4x400 meter relay, helping team finish fourth with an overall time of 3:45.64, as well as in 200 meter dash.
Outdoor: GNAC Rookie of the Week (April 4) ... At GNAC Outdoor Championships, finished fourth in 400 meter hurdles with time of 1:02.71 and fifth in 400 meter dash in 54.37 seconds ...
