Outdoor: All-GNAC ... At GNAC Championships, led off 4x800 meter relay that finished second with school-record time of 8:37.11 ... Also finished fourth in 3000 meter steeplechase in 11:10.58 and fifth in 10,000 meter run with time of 39:11.70.
2022-23:
Indoor: At GNAC Championships, finished sixth in 5000 meter run in 18:42.76 and ninth in one mile run in 5:23.02.
Outdoor: All-GNAC (3000 Meter Steeplechase) ... At GNAC Championships, finished third in 3000 meter steeplechase with school record time of 10:51.96, fifth in 10,000 meter run in 37:07.08, and seventh in 5000 meter run in 18:24.44 ... At Regis Pre-Conference Meet, finished third in 5000 meter run in 17:32.04 ... At Regis Spring Classic, won 3000 meter steeplechase with time of 11:02.93.
2021-22:
Indoor: At GNAC Indoor Championships, finished 13th in the 3000 meter run with a time of 10:24.09 ... Also participated in the distance medley relay, helping team finish fourth with an overall time of 13:37.52 ... Finished second in the one mile run at the MIT Art Farnham Invitational with time of 5:22.24.
Outdoor: GNAC Champion (4x800 Meter Relay - 8:56.37) ... At GNAC Outdoor Championships, was part of victorious 4x800 meter relay, plus finished eighth in 1500 meter run in 4:37.70 ... Finished second in 1500 meter run at Regis Spring Classic with time of 4:43.88.
