2019-20:
Indoor: Competed in seven meets ... Posted season-best time of 58.08 seconds in 400 meter dash at GNAC Indoor Championships (2/16) ... Ran season-best 27.04 seconds in 200 meter dash at Panther Invitational (2/8) ... Completed 800 meter run in season-best time of 2:20.61 at Springfield College (1/25).
Prep:
Competed in cross country and track & field at Hartford Magnet Trinity College Academy (HMTCA). Was captain of both cross country and track & field teams in his junior (2017-18) and senior (2018-19) seasons.
Personal:
O'Neal's parents are Darlene and Ardell O'Neal. His brother Jacob is also on the Regis College cross country and track & field teams, plus he has two other brothers named Austin and Wayne. Ben, Jacob, and Austin (competing for Husson) are triplets. Majoring in cyber security.
