Junior: Indoor: Placed 20th (13.89m) in the weight throw at the New England Indoor Championships...placed fifth (13.50m) in the weight throw at the New England USATF Indoor Championships...won the weight throw (14.06m) and placed second in the shot put (12.95m) at the Reggie Poyau Invitational. Outdoor: Named the GNAC's Field Athlete of the Year...Three top three places at the GNAC Championships; won the shot put (13.08m), placed second in the discus (36.93m) and third in the hammer (35.55).

Daniel is a nursing major from Watertown, Conn....He is the son of Daniel and Cara LaFlamme...Daniel has one sibling; Samantha...In high school, he set the school indoor shot put record and was named team MVP.
