HARROW EARNS ECAC WEEKLY AWARD
Regis College freshman Chris Harrow (North Reading, Mass.) has been named the Corvias Eastern College Athletic Conference Division III New England Rookie of the Week.
WESTON, Mass. – Regis College freshman Chris Harrow (North Reading, Mass.) has been named the Corvias Eastern College Athletic Conference Division III New England Rookie of the Week.
Harrow went a perfect 3-0 at No. 2 singles, and teaming with Michael Beluch for a 3-0 mark at No. 1 doubles. Harrow won against Becker, 6-0, 6-1, and followed that up with a 6-0, 6-3 win against Mitchell, and wrapped up the week with a 6-0, 6-0 win against Lesley. He and Beluch allowed only one point in doubles play all week, winning 8-1 against Becker, and adding matching 8-0 wins against Mitchell and Lesley. Harrow has been the only NECC student-athlete to be selected Men's Tennis Rookie of the Week in 2015.
Regis returns to action on Saturday for the NECC Championship Tournament at 11:00 a.m.
