FOREST NABS SECOND STRAIGHT NECC ROOKIE OF THE WEEK AWARD

WESTON, Mass. – Regis College freshman Hailee Forest (Amherst, N.H.) has been named the New England Collegiate Conference Rookie of the Week in field hockey, it was announced on Monday morning. This is the second consecutive week Forest has earned the award.

Forest scored her second goal of the season during the 62nd minute after she took a pass from junior Laurie DeMars (Maynard, Mass.) and then ripped a shot that landed in the back of the cage. Forest is the team leader in goals (2) and in points (4). She also ranks second in the NECC in both statistical categories.

The Pride return to the field on Tuesday night when Regis hosts Simmons College for a 6:00 p.m. showdown against the Sharks.
