SAY CHEESE, FALL SPORTS PREPARE FOR PHOTO DAY

Weston, Mass.-Everyone loves and remembers sports picture day. Regis fall sport athletes are set to take individual photos Sunday at 2 pm. Men and women's soccer, field hockey, tennis, and volleyball are set to take headshots, along with new coaches and staff members.

It has been common practice to take team photos in the element of the sport, but team photos will be held until late September when the outdoor athletic complex has been completed.

Team photos are usually given to the coaches for their own use, and held in an athletic archive to remember team members as years pass.

Headshots will be posted on www.GoRegisPride.com in early September as a part of the department's new Web site launch.

Field hockey kicks off the fall season Sept. 1 when it travels to WPI with first-year head coach Lisa LeVierge. Not until Sept. 5-6 will we get to see the Pride compete at home, when women's volleyball hosts its annual Pride Invitational.
