Diana Matthews, a graduate of Regis College and long-time successful coach, enters her fifth year as the Pride's head men's and women's swimming and diving coach in 2025-26, where she also serves as the Aquatics Director.

The 2024-25 season was highlighted by Liam Austin earning GNAC Diver of the Year honors after setting new pool and program records in the 1-Meter (5 Dives) event. He also captured a GNAC individual title in diving. Austin was joined by teammates Cody Werner, who won the 100-yard butterfly, and Olivia Luhnau, who claimed the 100-yard individual medley title, as GNAC individual champions.

The 2023-24 season was highlighted by GNAC titles for sophomore Cody Werner in the 50 butterfly and junior Olivia Luhnau in the 100 individual medley. The Regis men finished in second place at the GNAC Swimming & Diving Championships, while the women ended up in fourth place.

In 2022-23, Matthews guided a young team through a tough collegiate schedule, with six different student-athletes earning All-GNAC honors. Cashman Murphy won her second straight GNAC title in one meter diving and qualified for the NCAA Diving Regional.

During the 2021-22 season, the Regis women's swimming and diving team finished second at the NEISDA Championships, the highest finish at the New England meet in program history. In addition, junior Cashman Murphy won the GNAC titles in both one meter diving and three meter diving as well as the NEISDA title in three meter diving.
